For goods purchased at our website or ordered by telephone via Customer Service, the right of withdrawal is 14 days. Your delivery note that you receive in the delivery is as a receipt. Repurchases, exchanges and complaints can be made through email or regular mail.

Return Policy

You have the right of withdrawal according to the law on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises. The right of withdrawal means that goods can be exchanged or repurchased within 14 days from the date the goods were received. However, please be aware that if you handle the product to a greater extent than was necessary, you may be obliged to compensate us for any value reduction if you choose to undo the purchase.

If you order medicines, these are not covered by the right of withdrawal in the Distance Contracts Act. Packages containing hygiene items must not be opened to maintain your right of withdrawal. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by returning a product to us, in which case you pay the postal fees.

You can also send the return by mail, so always contact our Customer Service before returning. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund your payment within 14 days of returning the item.

Refund

In case of cancellation of purchase / complaint, you have the right to receive the money within 30 days of receiving the message. If Plateau Drugs undertakes the delivery or remedy of the flawed articles in the event of a complaint, any shipping costs must be refunded within 30 days from the date we received the complaint.
